National Nutrition Month is a time for everyone to reconsider their daily diets, and reevaluate what themselves and loved ones are eating. This year’s theme is “Nutrition from the Ground Up” – a return to basics, and that means choosing more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and beans to create a healthful eating plan.”
